Simple Upper Extremity Stretches and Exercises

We put together a short list of 5 simple upper extremity stretches and exercises.  As a general rule, these movements may not be suitable for everyone and it is important not to push through these movements if they are causing increasing pain. Please consult your physical therapist or physician with any questions.

Simple Core and Lower Extremity Exercises

Here are some simple core and lower extremity exercises to keep you moving while you may be adjusting to a work from home setup.
